Job Purpose

The role of the Portfolio Administrator is to deliver appropriate and timely support to Asset Managers, Senior Asset Managers and the Head of Asset & Portfolio Management regarding the management of all aspects of the SME Lending portfolio, supporting the need to deliver oversight on two key operational Asset Management objectives: Valuation Risk and Physical Asset Risk. Predominantly, the role focuses on the coordination of administrative activities across the Asset Management function aiding interrogation of asset risk on the Paragon Portfolio, including Lessee auditing, asset risk assessments, data quality compliance and management of key records, contracts and procedural documentation.

Key Duties

  • Support Asset Managers, by providing timely and accurate information regarding onsite inspection requirements and management of feedback post-assessment.
  • Undertake data quality compliance audits to assess the quality of asset data being recorded across the portfolio.
  • Proactive management and renewal of key documentation across the department, ensuring compliance standards are maintained for procedures and 3rd Party contracts.
  • Support Senior Asset Managers, by adhering to document requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaison with key personnel across Paragon, including Asset Managers, Recoveries and Collections Agents, Sales personnel and Operational personnel.
  • Liaison with key 3rd Parties, including Inspection Agents, Repossession Agents, Liquidators, Company Administrators, Valuation Partners and others.
  • Any other task or objective as assigned by the Head of Asset & Portfolio Management.

Qualifications and Experience

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, in the office twice a week.
