What you’ll be doing
- Provide accurate and timely information in response to customer enquiries
- Interpret customers instructions and action in accordance with company procedures and processes
- Manage, organise and update relevant information on computer systems
- Perform these tasks within the service level agreements of the division
- Represent the organisation in a highly professional manner at all times

Working hours
Monday to Friday – hybrid role 2/3 days per week in the office.
