What you’ll be doing:

  • Reporting directly to the Application Support Lead, you will work closely with other members of the Application Support team.
  • The role itself will require interaction with colleagues across the group.
  • Investigate and remediate issues arising in supported applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation to support the understanding and day-to-day issue resolution for supported applications.
  • Work tickets from customers ensuring the request is understood and customers receive the right outcome.
  • Be a routine contact point for customers to handle/resolve requests and/or queries.
  • Support coworkers on organisational contacts, processes and business relations.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with excellent proficiency in written and oral communication

  • The ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and prioritise workload
  • A flexible approach is required, with the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines when necessary

Working hours: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday - hybrid role.
