Let’s grow together … What you’ll be doing Ensure operational risk events in SME Lending are accurately updated, thoroughly investigated, and that actions are promptly closed. Collaborate with SME Lending to implement the Conduct Risk framework requirements. Prepare monthly submissions for the Operational Risk Committee and Customer and Conduct Committee. Support SME Lending in completing conduct and assurance-related actions. Working hours Monday to Friday – remote role, with expectations to travel to the Southampton office at least once a quarter.
