What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily control of the email inbox, loading proposals, pay outs, enquiries and any other emails received.
  • Assisting the sales team with quoting, checking documents and general queries.
  • Communicating with the funding panel to assist with proposals and pay outs.
  • Updating the work in progress and presenting this to line manager on a weekly basis.
  • Updating all funders rates when required and sending the information to team members.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure, to use initiative and to recognise and act upon priorities.
  • Integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Willing and able to adopt a flexible approach as required, using initiative to multi-task and work on several assignments simultaneously and to tight schedules.

Working hours: Hybrid working 37.5 Hours per week – 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday - 2 days per week in the Edinburgh Office, 3 days per week at home.
