What you’ll be doing
- Take ownership of technical issues from initial investigation through to resolution, keeping users and stakeholders informed.
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration, authentication, application, connectivity and performance issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and associated workplace technologies.
- Contribute to employee experience projects, pilots and technology improvements.
- Review endpoint vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation through patching, configuration changes, software updates or risk escalation.
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
Essential criteria
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including device configuration, compliance, application deployment and diagnostics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Experience supporting Windows devices and modern endpoint management
- The ability to interpret technical logs, identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Desirable criteria
- Understanding PowerShell and ability to create and run commands
- Automation experience
- Vulnerability Management – looking at potential risks to software and patching them.

Working hours
This is a full-time job (37.5 hours), requiring you to be on site five days a week at our Homer Road office to start with, with potential to work from home 1 day a week once the candidate has settled in. This flexibility will increase as time goes on.
There could be occasional travel to our Fenchurch Office in London, to help support the team.
