What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate new business and develop existing relationships in your designated Professions sectors, promoting the provision of loans predominantly through tele-sales activity supported by in person networking and external event connections.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact records on CRM whilst maintaining targeted call volumes.
  • There will be a strong focus on opening doors and generating new business which will be account managed thereafter.
  • Preparing applications for credit to underwriters gathering information from public records and data provided by clients.
  • Work closely with sales support functions and the sales team.
  • Develop personal knowledge and industry awareness from completion of specific training or attendance of industry events.
  • Periodically, you will join networking events and conferences that will require attendance overnight or at different locations from your daily office.
  • You will maintain and grow a personal brand within the professions sector via social media.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing activity, mail shots and calling campaigns.

  • A strong, results-driven mindset with a clear focus on hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial introducer relationships.
  • A genuine drive to stand out, take ownership, and outperform expectations.
  • Solid understanding of an introducer-led or intermediary sales environment.
  • Knowledge of credit and underwriting principles (desirable, but not essential).

Working hours: This is a full time (8.30am – 5pm) Monday to Friday - hybrid working based out of our Poole office. There will be a requirement to travel, attend meetings and industry events from time to time.
