Are you passionate about digital and want to make a real difference to how customers access services?
We’re looking for a Digital Systems Analyst to help us develop, improve and shape PA Housing’s digital self-service products.
This is a varied role where you’ll bring together digital, technology and customer experience. You’ll help manage the full product lifecycle, from developing the vision and roadmap through to testing, implementation and performance analysis, making sure our digital services meet both business and customer needs.
You’ll work closely with our customers, colleagues, developers and digital partners to understand what’s working, identify opportunities to improve and turn feedback and data into better digital experiences. You’ll also lead our Digital Working Group, giving customers a real opportunity to help shape the services they use.
What’s in it for you….
In addition to the salary, we offer a number of benefits, including:
- High street discount schemes
- Health cash plans
- 26 days’ annual leave, increasing to 29 after three years, with the opportunity to buy more
- Flexible bank holidays – take them when it suits you
- Car leasing scheme
- Hybrid working – offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately two to three days per week in the office once settled in the role. This is flexible and depends on meeting cycles and board activity. We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.
What you’ll be doing……
- Develop and maintain the vision, roadmap and priorities for PA Housing’s digital self-service products, ensuring they deliver value for customers and the organisation
- Work closely with developers, digital partners and internal teams to deliver, test and continuously improve MyPA and other digital services
- Lead the Digital Working Group, working with residents and colleagues to gather feedback, understand customer needs and ensure customers help shape digital services
- Manage digital projects from planning through to delivery, including changes, processes and integrations with APIs and back-office systems
- Monitor digital product performance, customer engagement and key measures, using data and customer insight to identify trends and drive improvements
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and digital partners, supporting procurement, evaluation and delivery while ensuring value for money
- Develop and coordinate digital customer engagement and training, helping residents and colleagues build confidence and make better use of digital services
- Identify and promote new digital opportunities, technologies and ways of working, while maintaining clear guidance, training materials and communications to support adoption
We recommend you read the full job description to get a really good understanding of what the role entails, you can find this as a downloadable attachment at the bottom of the advert.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of working in a customer focused role within a housing association or public service organisation, with a strong understanding of customer needs and the impact digital services can have on communities
- Experience working with digital products, systems, services or technology projects, including involvement across the project lifecycle
- Experience of testing digital applications and integrations between core systems, with a good understanding of website design and digital analytics such as Umbraco, Google Analytics and Hotjar
- Strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, developers, suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly and use insight to support decision making
- Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands and meet deadlines
- Experience of using digital engagement methods, including social media, customer research and other approaches to involve customers in service development
- A creative and innovative approach, with an interest in emerging digital technologies and new ways of working, alongside an understanding of financial management and value for money
- A project management qualification or demonstrable experience of working in a project environment would be beneficial
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to a car for business use
At PA Housing, we believe in respect, integrity, and accountability. Our work is about people – not just properties – and we’re always looking for ways to do better. If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear from you.
