We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Estate Contracts Assistant to support the delivery of essential estate services across our communities. Working closely with contractors, residents and colleagues across the business, you’ll play a key role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently, contracts are effectively managed and residents receive the high standard of service they deserve. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where your attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to excellent customer service will help create neighbourhoods that residents are proud to call home.
Please note: This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

What you’ll be doing
- Provide administrative and coordination support across a range of estate service contracts.
- Maintain accurate records, performance data and compliance information for all contracts.
- Process purchase orders, work orders, invoices and financial reconciliations.
- Support contract monitoring through reporting, trackers and performance analysis.
- Coordinate resident communications, including Section 20 consultation activities.
- Manage enquiries from residents, contractors and colleagues, ensuring timely responses.
- Organise and minute meetings, producing accurate records and action logs.
- Support customer satisfaction monitoring, identifying trends and escalating concerns where required.
What we’re looking for
- Essential experience in administration, in contract management, housing, repairs, estates or service delivery environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working with contractors, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Confidence in processing invoices, purchase orders and financial administration.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Ability to produce reports, maintain records and analyse performance information.
- A positive, proactive approach with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Essential experience in repair scheduling, works planning, estate contract management or a similar operational support environment.
