Do you want to make a real difference in keeping communities safe and supporting residents when they need it most?
We’re looking for a passionate and resilient
Antisocial Behaviour Officer to join our Tenancy Management team at PA Housing.
This is a rewarding, fast‑paced role where you’ll manage ASB cases end‑to‑end — supporting residents, tackling issues head‑on, and helping create safer, stronger neighbourhoods.
You’ll take a victim‑centred, proactive approach, balancing support and enforcement to resolve issues early and effectively.
If you’re someone who can build trust, stay calm under pressure, and take action when it matters, we’d love to hear from you.
This isn’t just about managing cases — it’s about protecting residents, supporting vulnerable people, and improving everyday life in our communities.
- What’s in it for you
- High street discount schemes
- Health cash plans
- 26 days’ annual leave, increasing to 29 after three years, with the opportunity to buy more
- Flexible bank holidays – take them when it suits you
- Car leasing scheme
- Hybrid working – offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role.
You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately two days per week in the office, two days out in the neighbourhoods and one day a week working from home once settled in the role.
This is flexible and depends on meeting cycles and board activity.
- Optional nine‑day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role
- What you’ll be doing
- Manage ASB cases from start to finish, ensuring a victim‑focused and proportionate approach
- Investigate reports of anti‑social behaviour, nuisance, harassment, and hate incidents
- Build strong relationships with residents, keeping them informed, supported, and reassured throughout
- Develop action plans with residents, setting clear expectations and maintaining regular contact
- Gather and record evidence to a legal standard, including witness statements
- Take appropriate enforcement action where needed, including warnings, agreements, injunctions, and possession proceedings
- Identify and support vulnerable residents, making safeguarding referrals where required
- Work closely with police, local authorities, and partner agencies to manage risk and improve community safety
- Represent PA Housing at multi‑agency meetings such as MARAC and case conferences
- Maintain accurate case records and meet performance targets and service standards
- Contribute to tackling wider issues such as serious ASB, exploitation, and community safety concerns
- Use insight and feedback to improve services and prevent future issues
- What we’re looking for
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in housing, ASB case management, or a similar role
- Have a strong understanding of ASB, safeguarding, and housing legislation
- Are confident managing complex and sensitive cases involving vulnerable residents
- Have excellent communication and mediation skills
- Can build strong working relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners
- Are organised and able to manage a busy caseload effectively
- Stay calm, resilient, and solution‑focused in challenging situations
- Are confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
- Have a customer‑first mindset and a genuine passion for community safety
- Bring a proactive approach and are always looking for ways to improve outcomes
At PA Housing, we believe in respect, integrity, and accountability.
Our work is about people – not just properties – and we’re always looking for ways to do better.
If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear from you.
