The role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, support, and trading technology, working closely with traders, quant researchers, and senior engineers to support a high-performance research and trading environment.
Responsibilities include incident triage, infrastructure and platform support, monitoring production environments, handling onboarding and environment setup requests, and contributing to automation and platform reliability improvements.
