Paragon are partnering with a cutting-edge systematic hedge fund that’s redefining how technology powers investment strategies. They’re looking for a talented AWS Cloud Engineer to help build and scale the infrastructure behind high-performance trading systems.
Role:
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
- Optimize performance for low-latency, high-throughput data pipelines
- Collaborate with quant researchers, developers, and data engineers
- Ensure reliability, monitoring, and incident response across critical systems
Expertise:
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar scripting languages
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems
- Background in finance or trading environments is a plus (but not essential)
