Paragon Alpha – Hedge Fund Talent Business is recruiting a Technical Programme Manager to join a systematic hedge fund in London. The role will focus on driving the delivery of high‑performance, real‑time market data systems that support global trading.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration of real‑time exchange feeds and third‑party market data applications.
- Partner with Market Data Development and Network Engineering to design and validate feed handlers and data distribution workflows.
- Gather connectivity requirements and coordinate with vendors/exchanges on new integrations.
- Manage infrastructure provisioning across global data centres to ensure performance, resilience, and scalability.
- Oversee delivery of mid‑frequency vendor feeds (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE) and ensure production standards are met.
- Track environment readiness across compute, network, and storage.
- Confirm licensing requirements in collaboration with the Market Data team.
- Maintain clear, accurate system and deployment documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the trading or low‑latency systems domain.
