Are you a creative, digital-savvy, and results-driven individual looking to make an impact in a fast-growing fashion brand? At Paradox London, we’re seeking a Social Media Manager & E-Commerce Assistant to drive our online presence and enhance our e-commerce operations.

This is a role that combines social media management with e-commerce operations, providing you with a unique opportunity to work across both digital marketing and online retail. You’ll be part of a small, agile, and fast-paced team, meaning your contributions will be immediately visible and impactful.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage content creation and posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Work with influencers to build collaborative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Assist in seasonal marketing campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Manager
  • Liaise with the Social Paid & PPC Manager to maximise ROI on paid digital campaigns
  • Work with photographers and designers to create fresh, engaging, high-quality content
  • Develop strategies to grow our social media following and increase brand reach
  • Community engagement – monitor, respond, and interact with followers and customers
  • Analyse social media performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for optimisation
  • Assist the E-Commerce Manager with website updates and online store maintenance
  • Visual merchandising – ensure seamless customer experience and optimal product placement
  • Update banners, ensure correct product categorisation, and refine product descriptions
  • Assist with product loading sheets, ensuring materials and colors are correctly listed in Shopify
  • Manage related and associated products for better cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Ensure site imagery is accurate and represents products correctly

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about fashion, social media, and e-commerce
  • A creative thinker with strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media & influencer marketing
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms (preferred)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team, where flexibility and teamwork are key
  • Visual design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are a minimum requirement
