At Paradowski Creative, we build immersive brand experiences grounded in creative play. We design interactions that spark curiosity, invite participation, and strengthen emotional bonds between people and brands.

We’re looking for a long-term contract Global Social Copywriter who lives and breathes the internet—someone quick-witted, fluent in culture, and experienced at shaping brand voices for global audiences. You’ll already have written for major brands and understand how to strike the right note across different regions and platforms. If you can move seamlessly from penning a sharp caption to developing a global trend-led concept—all while keeping strategy and brand voice intact—this role is for you.

This position combines two core responsibilities:

  • Community voice: shaping how brands show up in real time on their socials through comments, replies, and engagement that feels authentic to their character.
  • Content creation: concepting and writing platform-native, culturally relevant copy that not only drives engagement in the UK and Europe, but can also spark ideas across Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

You’ll collaborate with client and agency teams around the world to pitch and bring opportunistic content to life—always thinking globally, while writing with nuance for regional audiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of brand voice in every interaction—knowing not just what to say, but how and why.
  • Write platform-native copy for posts, captions, replies, and conversations across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging spaces such as Roblox.
  • Act as the brand’s voice in high-visibility engagement moments across UK and European channels.
  • Concept and pitch content rooted in cultural trends, insights, and brand strategy, with an eye for opportunities that resonate globally.
  • Partner with designers, motion teams, editors, account, and strategists to develop everything from captions and scripts to supers, end cards, and call-to-action frames—contributing from storyboard to final post.
  • Use tools such as Sprinklr to publish, monitor, and manage community interactions—balancing wit, empathy and professionalism in every response.
  • Remix UGC, memes, imagery and short-form video into content that feels timely, conversational, and on-brand.
  • Apply social listening and performance insights to refine copy, test new approaches, and improve engagement.
  • Stay ahead of platform shifts, cultural moments, and fandom trends—sharing your perspective with teams across multiple regions.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years writing for social (agency or in-house), with strong experience on global brands and a portfolio of platform-native work.
  • Located in Europe (UK/GMT preferred)
  • Proven ability to adapt tone and voice for UK and European audiences, while thinking globally.
  • A sharp sense of wit, timing, and cultural nuance.
  • Comfort writing at the speed of the feed, with the judgement to know when to slow down and think strategically.
  • English language fluency required; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to working across disciplines and time zones.
  • Strong organisational skills to balance multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • An interest in inclusive marketing and ensuring diverse voices are represented authentically.
  • Ability to travel internationally to the United States and/or within Europe, 1-2x per year.

Nice to Haves

  • Multilingual skills beyond English.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C accounts.
  • Familiarity with paid social strategies and execution.
  • Experience with crisis management or escalation.
  • Confidence pulling performance data to inform copy and share best practices.

Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to shape how global brands show up in culture—writing with personality, pitching boldly, and helping teams around the world bring ideas to life. Successful candidates will have a passion for pushing the boundaries of social media to reach client goals, collaborating with strategy and creative teams to test new tactics and turn good ideas into great ones.

At Paradowski, we design interactions that spark curiosity, invite participation, and create emotional gravity. You’ll join a team that values sharp thinking, creative experimentation, and work that feels alive—not manufactured.
