Harland Care Services Ltd is seeking experienced Care Assistants to support a male client in his 20s who lives in Alresford, Hampshire, SO24. What our client is looking for most of all is to retain his independence, pursue his interests and enjoy life in the community. This includes attending Day Centre several times a week and meeting with friends and family.
For this, he needs the support of a small team of proactive carers with positive mindsets who will encourage and enable him to achieve his goals. Specification:
- Working in the client’s home and supporting him in the community
- The successful candidates will be positive, patient and understanding in their support of our client
- His support team will receive Person Centred Training

Requirements:
- 2:1 support
- Split shifts, 7 hours in total, from 8am-10am, helping with the morning routine and transporting the client to the day centre
- Then 3pm-8pm transporting the client home from the day centre and helping with the evening routine
- 3-4 shifts a week
- Flexible in approach to working hours
