Startups to FTSE100 enterprises use Paradime daily today.
One of the key pillars of the Paradime GTM strategy is Events, their marketing, execution (pre- and post-) and building a repeatable partnership motion around it. We are looking for a Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships that align with Paradime's business objectives. You will work closely with the Paradime leadership and partners to deliver impactful programs that generate leads, improve customer retention, and strengthen brand presence.

- Run pre-event campaigns and operations.
- Collaborate with event organisers to handle logistics, booth requirements, and compliance for delivering a polished on-site presence.
- Collaborate with designers and vendors on marketing assets, event collaterals, and promotional merchandise while ensuring brand compliance.
- Run post event leads nurture and hand over to sales.
- Relentlessly focus on metrics to continuously improve the cost per lead and pipeline generated from events.
- Take our current playbook and make it 10X better by building a repeatable process around it.
- Use AI and automation whenever possible to achieve 10X productivity gains.

- Have executed events for data vendors is a plus.
This role is based only in UK or US and is a 12-month contract requiring occasional travel for events and conferences.
What skills do you need?
- Self-managing: Be able to deliver the complete event experience without oversight from Paradime founders.
- Attention to detail: Every event has a lot of moving parts, and you need to be on top of the game.
- Hack and adapt: Comfortable with ambiguity and adapt under pressure as needed.

Message from the Founders
At Paradime, you need to be detailed, thorough and relentlessly focus on executing to win. You need to be comfortable with hard questions because we believe that we only become better by raising the bar for ourselves. You need to show up prepared and become an expert in your domain. Paradime is a startup, and as a result, we would not be a good fit if you are looking for work-life balance. There will be bad days where you will have to dig deep, and it's a normal part of being in a startup. You will get a lot of autonomy, and you will learn a lot and fast - but that only happens if you enjoy what you are doing and give it your best shot.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and generous stock options.
