You will be carrying out the professional duties of a class teacher, providing an appropriate learning experience for all pupils under the guidance of the Assistant Principal. To maintain the positive ethos and promote the values of the Trust while planning and delivering effective lessons that foster good progress and achievement for all pupils, and to be responsible for the pastoral wellbeing of pupils.

To build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and governors that support the work of the school. To provide effective leadership and management of a year group and to lead on an aspect of the curriculum.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Enthusiasm and a passion for teaching, with the ability to enthuse, motivate and progress pupils of all abilities.
  • All applicants must have due regard for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • The role requires compliance with the Trust’s safeguarding policies and procedures, and an Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required for all posts.

Employment Details

  • Permanent, part‑time (4 days per week) teaching staff pay scales points 1‑9 (Inner London): £40,317 – £62,496 FTE; £32,253.60 – £49,996.80 (full‑time equivalent).
  • Position starts September 2026.
