We’re looking for a Lead OT Cyber Security Consultant to join a growing cybersecurity team focused on securing Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work on protecting critical infrastructure, designing secure OT architectures, and leading security engagements across complex industrial environments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead OT/ICS security assessments across industrial environments
  • Design and implement secure network architectures for OT systems
  • Conduct risk assessments, threat modelling, and vulnerability analysis
  • Support incident response and remediation within OT environments
  • Work closely with clients to define and improve their OT security posture
  • Contribute to best practices, standards, and security frameworks

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in OT / ICS cybersecurity environments
  • Solid understanding of industrial protocols (e.g. Modbus, DNP3, OPC)
  • Experience with network security (firewalls, segmentation, monitoring)
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, or NCSC guidance
  • Ability to work directly with clients and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Background in critical infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or similar sectors
