We are seeking a Head of Product to lead this new business line, adapting existing capabilities for workforce use cases and shaping a critical product pillar. This is a greenfield leadership role with full ownership of strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market.
You will work cross-functionally and directly with enterprise customers to ensure solutions meet evolving security and usability needs at scale.
How you’ll make an impact
- Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap aligned to customer needs and business goals.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Contribute to a high-performing product leadership team, fostering a culture of customer focus, experimentation, and delivery excellence.
- Customer Discovery: Engage enterprise customers, security leaders, and partners to uncover pain points, use cases, and buying behaviours.
- Roadmap & Delivery: Translate insights into clear, prioritised product requirements balancing impact, feasibility, and speed.
- Go-To-Market: Partner with commercial, marketing, and customer teams to drive product positioning, launch, and sales enablement.
- Outcomes & Performance: Define and track key metrics across adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction, using data to inform decisions.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
- Proven product leadership within enterprise SaaS, identity (IAM), or security.
- Strong understanding of workforce platforms and employee identity management.
- Track record of delivering enterprise-grade products from concept through to product-market fit and scale.
- Ability to lead across the full product lifecycle: discovery, design, development, launch, and iteration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and commercial teams.
- Data-driven decision-making with a strategic and operational mindset.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth or security-focused scale-ups.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, GDPR, ISO27001.
