We're supporting a growing cybersecurity consultancy seeking an experienced Security Architect to deliver security solutions across Defence, MOD, and wider HMG environments. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile programmes, helping government and defence clients manage cyber risk, achieve security compliance, and design secure systems that meet stringent regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead security architecture and risk management activities across complex programmes
  • Provide security guidance to stakeholders at all levels
  • Support security accreditation, assurance, and compliance activities
  • Work closely with project teams to embed security throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Advise on NCSC guidance, HMG security policy, and industry best practices
  • Represent the organisation in client meetings and security working groups

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in Security Architecture, Cyber Security, or Information Assurance
  • Experience working within MOD, Defence, or HMG environments
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and risk management methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Eligibility for SC Clearance (or already holding it)
