Business Development Manager (BDM) SaaS Operational Technology Energy Technology BDM – £80k base £200k if target is hit – uncapped commission.
I am currently working with an award winning specialist energy organisation with exceptional growth and profitability who are looking for a full-time, permanent SaaS Business Development Manager (BDM) to join them
Working within the Energy and Renewables sector you will have one of the largest and most vibrant markets at your feet with exceptional reputation and resource to help to grow a truly exciting division.
Key Skills
- Must have a proven track record of excellence within Energy sectors with contacts within that industry
- German-focus. Fluency in German & English
- Strong understanding of how to sell SaaS, managed services and complex OT Security technical solutions
- Able to build a clear roadmap to market
- Attend relevant industry events to build the brand
- Ideally a record of building out a sales function through results
- Being highly driven is a must, the business expects exceptional results and need this person to drive growth through their own desire to succeed
The role is a hybrid role based out of London with travel to industry events on an ad-hoc basis. They are paying around £70,000 – £80,000 base salary with a double OTE target which is definitely achievable due to a good commission structure.
