We're recruiting for an experienced Business Change Manager to join a growing consultancy delivering high-impact transformation programmes across the UK Government and National Security sectors.
You’ll lead business readiness, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, operational transition, and benefits realisation within highly secure environments.
