Role: Staff Front End Engineer

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days in London Office

Compensation: Up to £170,000 + equity

As a Front End Engineer , you’ll craft the visual layer of this transformation, designing interfaces that turn vast, complex biological data into intuitive, beautiful experiences. Your work will sit at the intersection of AI, design, and discovery , directly accelerating breakthroughs in life sciences.

What you’ll do

  • Build responsive, high-performance web UIs that make complex scientific data explorable and engaging.
  • Lead frontend architecture, shaping reusable component libraries and design systems.
  • Collaborate with machine learning researchers, engineers, and biologists to translate cutting-edge science into intuitive digital tools.
  • Push the limits of frontend performance, accessibility, and interactivity.
