This is where you come in!As our events programme continues to grow,we’relooking for an Events Executive to help us create exceptional experiences that strengthen relationships, buildcommunitiesand support the continued growth of Paradigm Norton.
The role
As EventsExecutive,you’llbe responsible forplanning,organisingand delivering a wide range of events from concept through to completion and follow-up.
As part of our flourishing marketing team,you’llbe working closely with and collaborating with our Financial Planning and Business Services teams, and with external partnersto ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers a positive experience for attendees.
This role combines event administration, project management, stakeholdercoordinationand process improvement.You’llbe someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, managing multipleprioritiesand making sure thedetails areright.
What you’ll be doing
You’lltake ownership of the planning,coordinationand delivery of a growing programme of client, prospect, referrer,communityand internal events. Working closely with colleagues across the business and external partners,you’llmanage everything from venue sourcing, supplierrelationshipsand budget administration through to attendee communications, eventlogisticsand on-the-day delivery.
You’lloversee guest lists, invitations and registrations, coordinate speakers and suppliers, prepare event materials and ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.You’llalso playan important rolein post-event follow-up, helping to capture meaningful data,maintainaccuraterecords in HubSpot and evaluate the impact and outcomes of each event.

What we’re looking for
We’remore interested in finding someone who is highly organised,proactiveand aligned with our values than someone who ticks every box.
You’llhave experience coordinating events, conferences, hospitality, clienteventsor professional networking activities, and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.You’llenjoy bringing structure to complex pieces of work while keeping a clear focus on the overallobjective.
You’llbe a confident relationship-builder, comfortable working with colleagues,suppliersand senior stakeholders, and skilled at bringing people together to achieve a common goal.You’llhavestrongcommunicationskills, excellent attention to detail and a calm, professional approach when priorities shift or challenges arise.
Experience using event management, CRM or marketing systems would be beneficial, as would familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or Ticket Tailor. Experience gained within a professional services environment would also be an advantage, although neither is essential.
