Salary: £42,394 Excellent Benefits.

Location: High Wycombe / Letchworth Garden City (Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 from home once established in role).

You will sit at the centre of this work partnering across directorates, influencing leaders and working collaboratively with Recruitment, Talent & Development and People Partners to ensure the end-to-end experience feels aligned and intentional.

Your focus will include:

  • Designing and continuously improving the end-to-end colleague journey from attraction and onboarding through development, recognition and progression
  • Embedding our behavioural standards and values so they are felt consistently across teams
  • Leading colleague listening activity (including engagement surveys and forums) and translating insight into clear, visible action
  • Strengthening colleague voice and belonging through networks and engagement spaces
  • Partnering with leaders to improve team experience, engagement and performance
  • Championing professionalism, conduct and competency standards in practical, everyday ways
  • Using insight and data to identify themes, influence decisions and demonstrate impact

  • Engagement insight is translated into clear, visible improvements
  • Leaders feel supported and confident in creating positive team experiences
  • Colleagues can clearly articulate what our behavioural standards mean in practice
