Office location: Chesham / High Wycombe
Current area of work: HP, UB, SL postcodes (South Bucks/Middlesex).
Mobile role: Travel across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties Fully branded company van and fuel card provided for business use
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 per week, 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
Salary: £47,261 + Excellent Benefits

About the role
We are recruiting three Electricians to join our Repairs and Maintenance service. You will carry out electrical repairs, testing, fault finding, installations and maintenance across our homes and communal areas. The role is hands-on, mobile and focused on delivering safe, compliant and high-quality electrical work with a strong emphasis on right-first-time delivery and positive resident outcomes.
You'll work both on your own and as part of a team, carrying out repairs, preparing empty homes for new residents, completing planned maintenance work, and carrying out electrical safety checks.
You'll be provided with a mobile phone and tablet to receive your jobs, update progress throughout the day, and record any certificates or paperwork needed for completed work. xgikmsk
