Location: Chesham and High Wycombe with travel across our property portfolio

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Repairs Technician to join our Direct Labour Organisation. As a key member of our repairs team, you will carry out a wide range of plumbing and general maintenance tasks across our homes. You will work independently, using your multi-skilled expertise to deliver high quality repairs with a strong focus on achieving a first time fix.

Your main area of work will be Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, although you may occasionally travel to surrounding areas.

  • Carry out day to day plumbing repairs including drainage issues, blockages and general maintenance
  • Complete associated tasks such as re-tiling, fitting bath panels and making good
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults aiming for a first time fix
  • Follow safety procedures and complete risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate digital records using your tablet
  • Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing repairs and fault finding
  • Experience with general building tasks such as tiling or decorating
  • Full clean UK manual driving licence
  • Experience working in social housing or with local authorities
