Everything we do is about delivering excellent services, high quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of and maximising the number of new affordable homes we build.

This is not a transactional HR role. This is influence, culture and experience in action. As our People Experience Partner, you will work directly with the Head of People Experience to shape and embed what great looks and feels like at SettleParadigm. You will help turn strategy into reality and values into behaviours.

Why this role exists: Following our merger, we are intentionally building a new People Experience that reflects the organisation we want to become, not simply combining legacy approaches but elevating them.

  • Translate our People Strategy into tangible, visible experiences

  • Strengthen engagement, belonging and professionalism
  • Turn listening into measurable action
  • Support leaders to create environments where colleagues thrive

You will sit at the centre of this work partnering across directorates, influencing leaders and working collaboratively with Recruitment, Talent & Development and People Partners to ensure the end-to-end experience feels aligned and intentional.

Your focus will include:

  • Designing and continuously improving the end-to-end colleague journey from attraction and onboarding through development, recognition and progression
  • Embedding our behavioural standards and values so they are felt consistently across teams
  • Leading colleague listening activity (including engagement surveys and forums) and translating insight into clear, visible action
  • Strengthening colleague voice and belonging through networks and engagement spaces
  • Partnering with leaders to improve team experience, engagement and performance
  • Championing professionalism, conduct and competency standards in practical, everyday ways
  • Using insight and data to identify themes, influence decisions and demonstrate impact

What success looks like in 6-12 months:

  • Engagement insight is translated into clear, visible improvements
  • Leaders feel supported and confident in creating positive team experiences
  • Colleagues can clearly articulate what our behavioural standards mean in practice
  • The colleague journey feels more consistent and intentional
  • Professional standards are embedded, understood and valued
  • People Experience is recognised as a trusted, credible partner across the organisation

You will thrive here if you bring:

  • Experience in people experience, culture, organisational development, engagement or learning
  • Confidence influencing and partnering with leaders at different levels
  • Strong listening and insight skills, with the ability to translate feedback into action
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfort working in a growing and evolving organisation
  • A belief that professionalism, inclusion and standards genuinely matter

Added brilliance:

  • Experience shaping behavioural or cultural change
  • Experience leading listening forums or colleague networks
  • A passion for continuous improvement
  • Curiosity about modern and innovative approaches to people experience

Who you are: You notice the details that others miss. You care about how people feel, and you understand how that links to performance. You are comfortable challenging respectfully and influencing positively. You build trust quickly and act with integrity. You are not here to maintain the status quo. You are here to elevate it.

Benefits: At SettleParadigm, we believe in creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Our comprehensive benefits and rewards package reflects this commitment.
