We are now recruiting a Planned Works Coordinator to join us on a 12-month parental leave contract. This is an important role that keeps our planned works programmes running smoothly and ensures our customers receive a great experience throughout.
About the Role
Our Planned Works and Capital Works team plays a vital part in improving the quality, safety and comfort of our homes. From new kitchens and bathrooms to roofing, windows, doors, redecoration and retrofit projects, this team delivers the upgrades that make a real difference to our customers.
As our Planned Works Coordinator, you will help keep these programmes on track by providing coordination, communication and administrative support across the team. You will work closely with administrators, managers, contractors and delivery teams to support a wide range of planned works programmes. Every day will look different. You might be updating schedules, preparing documentation, booking appointments or speaking with customers and contractors to keep projects moving. You will also provide flexible support across Property Services, helping ensure our wider teams have the information they need to deliver excellent services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of planned works programmes including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing, redecoration and retrofit
- Work collaboratively with administrators, managers, contractors and internal teams
- Keep customers updated throughout the duration of works
- Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation
- Manage incoming enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Help plan workloads and schedule activities
- Share information clearly with all stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support across Property Services
What We’re Looking For
Must haves:
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work well in a team while managing tasks independently
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Confidence updating databases and maintaining accurate documentation
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes
- A practical and hands on approach with plenty of common sense
Nice to haves:
- Experience working in property services or a similar operational environment
- Experience supporting planned works or repairs teams
