We are looking to recruit a Gas Admin Support Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide vital administrative support for gas works, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance data entry. In this role, you will assist the team leader with project related work and allocated tasks, collaborating with an established team of six coordinators. Due to the reactive nature of this position, which sits within our Property Directorate, you will be required to attend our High Wycombe office up to five days a week.

About You

We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a passion for outstanding service, and experience in data entry. Ideally, you will also have familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite within a housing environment, although this is not essential. Whether you’re currently working, on a career break, or have previously worked at a more senior level, we’re keen to hear from you. Timely and accurate record-keeping is critical in this role, but we also offer all our employees access to a comprehensive suite of personal and professional development opportunities.
