Are you passionate about making communities safer and improving the lives of residents? Do you thrive in a customer-focused environment and enjoy working collaboratively to resolve issues? If so, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a Community Safety Co-Ordinator to join our dedicated Community Safety Team. Based in High Wycombe with flexible hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to our residents' lives.

About the Role

As a Community Safety Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) service. You will be the first point of contact for residents reporting ASB, assessing risk levels, agreeing action plans, and ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the process.

You will manage a caseload of low-risk ASB cases, attend joint visits with Community Safety Officers, and help ensure our service meets and exceeds customer expectations. You will also be responsible for managing the ASB inbox, handling calls, and maintaining accurate records.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing excellent customer service to residents reporting ASB via phone, email, app, or online.
  • Managing the ASB inbox and telephone enquiries.
  • Conducting risk assessments and allocating cases appropriately.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and correspondence.
  • Attending joint visits with ASB Officers.
  • Contributing to service improvement by identifying trends and providing feedback.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially in challenging situations.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Power BI desirable).
  • Previous experience in ASB or a customer-facing role in a regulated environment (desirable).
  • Lived experience of social housing (desirable).

Before you apply: We have put together a short video to give you a clearer insight into the role, the team structure, and what to expect.

Where could this role take you? Whilst this role is fixed term for 12 months, in a business our size; circa 630 employees and turnover £150m+ (which is growing) and with the transformation we are going through, there is a possibility that this could either be extended, made permanent or other suitable opportunities may arise. Many of our talented colleagues started at Paradigm as temporary/interim and have gone on to forge successful careers with us. However, if something longer term doesn’t materialise, you will still gain valuable experience which will add to your employability in this and similar fields.

Why Join Us?

We offer a supportive and inclusive working environment, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional development. You will be part of a team that values your input and is committed to delivering outstanding service to our communities.
