We are looking for a Community Safety Co-Ordinator to join our dedicated Community Safety Team. Based in High Wycombe with flexible hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to our residents' lives.
About the Role
As a Community Safety Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) service. You will be the first point of contact for residents reporting ASB, assessing risk levels, agreeing action plans, and ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the process.
You will manage a caseload of low-risk ASB cases, attend joint visits with Community Safety Officers, and help ensure our service meets and exceeds customer expectations. You will also be responsible for managing the ASB inbox, handling calls, and maintaining accurate records.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing excellent customer service to residents reporting ASB via phone, email, app, or online.
- Managing the ASB inbox and telephone enquiries.
- Conducting risk assessments and allocating cases appropriately.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Attending joint visits with ASB Officers.
- Contributing to service improvement by identifying trends and providing feedback.
What We Are Looking For
