We are looking for a Cleaner to ensure that our estates across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and South Cambridgeshire are kept in a clean and safe manner, allowing our customers and colleagues to have a healthy environment to live and work in. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, with full-time hours at 42.5 per week and part-time hours ranging from 16 to 25 per week.

The Estate Service team delivers services that affect our land and customers, working remotely, often in teams and delivering grounds-maintenance, bulk waste removal and cleaning services throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. We are looking for you to use your skills and initiative to work both in a team and independently to deliver a proactive and responsive service to our customers and the homes we service.
Key Responsibilities:- Take responsibility for the cleaning of our communal areas on SettleParadigm properties or working in the schemes.
- Advise on the need for additional, deep or specialist cleans on the areas you work.
