About the role We're looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our Repairs team, delivering excellent repairs and maintenance services across our homes and communities. You'll carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance work in residents' homes, aiming to complete repairs right first time wherever possible. From responsive repairs through to planned maintenance work, you'll play an important role in helping us provide safe, secure and well-maintained homes for our residents. This is a mobile role, covering Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and surrounding counties. You'll work independently for much of the day, supported by a wider team of skilled trades colleagues and managers. You'll be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card and mobile technology to help manage your workload and keep records up to date. We're looking for somebody who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys solving problems and understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service alongside excellent workmanship.
