We are seeking an experienced Window and Door Fitter to join our Planned Works (UPVC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various window and door systems, including UPVC, Aluminium, Composite, and Wood, in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work in a team of two, delivering high quality service to our customers in their homes. A friendly and polite manner is as important as competence and high standards of work in your trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain window and door systems (UPVC, Aluminium, Composite, and Wood) in accordance with relevant building codes, legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Accurately measure for glazing, windows, and doors, and follow drawings and plans for installation.
- Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance services on window glazing systems, door systems, and fixtures.
- Conduct interior and exterior trim repairs to cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in homes.
