Would you like to help improve peoples\’ homes and communities? If you have property experience, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to make a real difference, read on. As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will help us maintain and enhance the quality of our housing stock—ensuring safe, energy-efficient, and well-maintained homes for our residents.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed surveys of domestic properties and communal areas using digital tools.
- Assess housing conditions using the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
- Identify and escalate repair needs and safety concerns.
- Work independently across a diverse property portfolio, including void inspections.
- Engage with residents and internal teams to ensure smooth access and clear communication.
Requirements / Qualifications
- A degree in Building Surveying OR equivalent experience in property surveying.
- Strong understanding of asset management and housing legislation.
- Excellent communication, time management and IT skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to quality.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicle.
