About the Role / Team

Neighbourhood Manager. Lead a proactive, resident-focused housing service in Wooburn Green, High Wycombe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a flexible, responsive customer and neighbourhood service that delivers excellent day‑to‑day outcomes
  • Champion continuous improvement using resident insight and data
  • Ensure services align with our Customer Care Standards and organisational values
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver joined‑up, resident‑focused services
  • Build strong relationships with residents and community groups to co‑create local improvement plans
  • Develop and support a high‑performing team culture with clear expectations and growth opportunities
  • Use data and insight to drive service improvements and strategic decision‑making
  • Monitor KPIs and resident satisfaction measures to identify trends and opportunities
