We are currently seeking a skilled and customer focused Multi‑Skilled Bathroom Installer/Fitter to join our Planned Works team.
Role Overview
As a Multi‑Skilled Bathroom Fitter, you will be responsible for the efficient installation of complete bathroom suites in our properties. Your work will encompass various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and decorating, ensuring each installation meets our standards and enhances our customers’ living spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Install complete bathroom suites, including baths, WCs, wash hand basins, showers, and associated fixtures and fittings.
- Perform related tasks such as tiling, flooring, carpentry, and decoration to a high standard.
- Work independently and unsupervised, adhering to industry best practices and health and safety regulations.
- Complete necessary documentation promptly and accurately, in line with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate professionally with customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the work being carried out.
- Use materials and tools effectively, minimizing waste and maintaining appropriate stock levels in the company van.
- Comply with all health and safety legislation and Paradigm’s policies, ensuring safe work environments.
- Mentor and supervise less experienced team members as required.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent experience in bathroom fitting and general maintenance.
Experience: Apprentice trained or significant experience as a Bathroom Fitter, with a strong knowledge of building regulations and codes of practice.
Skills: Proficiency in bathroom installations, effective communication with customers, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Driving Licence: A valid full manual UK driving licence is essential.
Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to Detail: Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively.
