We are excited to offer a newly created opportunity for a Community Safety Co‐Ordinator to join our established Community Safety team. This role plays a vital part in delivering an outstanding ASB service to our residents, working closely with Community Safety Officers and other colleagues across the business.

Location: High Wycombe / hybrid working (2 days per week in the office & 3 days per week working from home)

Salary: ÂŁ30,438 + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for ASB reports via phone, email, app, or online.
  • Assess risk levels, agree initial action plans, and allocate cases for onward management.
  • Manage the ASB inbox and handle inbound/outbound calls with residents.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring residents feel heard and supported.
  • Maintain accurate records and request relevant evidence to support case resolution.
  • Attend joint visits with Community Safety Officers and liaise with residents on preferred outcomes.
  • Respond to correspondence in line with our Customer Care Standards and brand guidelines.
  • Support the team with routine administrative tasks and contribute to service improvement reporting.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to learn about ASB and community safety. You will need to be confident in managing competing priorities, making decisions, and working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners. Experience in a customer‐facing role within a regulated environment is preferred, as is knowledge of ASB or a desire to develop expertise in this area. You should be comfortable using IT systems and have a proactive, solution‐focused approach to your work.
