As our People Experience Partner, you will work directly with the Head of People Experience to shape and embed what great looks and feels like at SettleParadigm. You will help turn strategy into reality and values into behaviours.

You will sit at the centre of this work partnering across directorates, influencing leaders and working collaboratively with Recruitment, Talent & Development and People Partners to ensure the end-to-end experience feels aligned and intentional.
Your Focus Will Include:
- Designing and continuously improving the end-to-end colleague journey from attraction and onboarding through development, recognition and progression
- Embedding our behavioural standards and values so they are felt consistently across teams
- Leading colleague listening activity (including engagement surveys and forums) and translating insight into clear, visible action
- Strengthening colleague voice and belonging through networks and engagement spaces
- Partnering with leaders to improve team experience, engagement and performance
- Championing professionalism, conduct and competency standards in practical, everyday ways
- Using insight and data to identify themes, influence decisions and demonstrate impact
What success looks like in 6–12 months:
- Engagement insight is translated into clear, visible improvements
- Leaders feel supported and confident in creating positive team experiences
- Colleagues can clearly articulate what our behavioural standards mean in practice
- The colleague journey feels more consistent and intentional
