With a focus on learning and development (L&D) processes and functions, you’ll play a key role in our People Management team. Your remit will include the provision of essential administrative support, such as managing a variety of queries, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This is an opportunity to grow within a supportive team, gaining hands-on experience in L&D / talent development.
In this role, you will maintain our learning systems, facilitate the learning elements of onboarding for new starters to ensure that all staff are able to access all the mandatory training for their role, and contribute to creating a learning-focused culture. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency. Working alongside the Talent Team as well as the wider People Team, you’ll help Paradigm thrive as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities: Learning & Development
- Respond promptly and professionally to Learning related enquiries, delivering excellent service to both internal and external contacts.
- Manage the Learning inbox and answer employee queries on topics like course attendance, Mandatory e-learning and specific training requests.
- Manage booking of training courses and events, including invoices and purchase orders for the Talent team.
- Coordinate internal and external training events, supporting the Talent Team with training logistics and participant communications.
- Manage mandatory training compliance, ensuring records are up to date and providing reminders to employees and managers.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the Learning system, processing changes for starters, leavers, and internal moves.
- Work with the team to maximise system capabilities, reducing administrative tasks and improving the user experience for employees and managers.
Reporting & Systems Management
- Produce and interpret reports for L&D to help inform decision-making and track performance.
- Ensure that the Learning Management system and training records are well-maintained and user-friendly for employees and managers.
About You
You ‘ll need to be available to start with us soon – ideally in August or early September 2025. You should be customer focused with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. Comfortable working with confidential information, managing multiple priorities and always striving for accuracy in your work. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career learning / talent development.
Key Skills And Experience
- Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, Talent or a related area.
- Familiarity with Learning & Development systems would be beneficial.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Analytical skills to produce reports and communicate findings clearly.
