About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and credible Talent Development Partner to support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our learning and development offer, with a particular focus on mandatory, compliance and Health & Safety training across our Property Services workforce. • Design, commission and deliver learning solutions that are practical, high‑impact and value for money
  • Champion and manage the Learning Management System, ensuring accurate data, meaningful reporting and a positive user experience
  • Work closely with Health & Safety colleagues to ensure learning supports a safe working environment and regulatory compliance
  • Develop leadership and management programmes that build confident, inclusive and effective leaders
  • Lead and coordinate apprenticeship programmes, ensuring strong take‑up and positive outcomes
  • Champion CPD and professional pathways across the organisation
  • Embed evaluation and impact measurement into all learning activity
  • Build trusted relationships with managers and colleagues, acting as a development partner rather than a transactional training provider
  • Collaborate across People & Culture to embed learning into everyday practice

What We’re Looking For

You’re comfortable working strategically and operationally, and you bring a solutions‑focused mindset to everything you do.

  • Knowledge of mandatory, compliance and Health & Safety training requirements
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyse learning needs and evaluate impact
  • Confidence using digital platforms and systems
  • Commitment to professionalism, CPD and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering leadership development or apprenticeship programmes
  • Awareness of sector learning trends and professional standards
  • Ability to design digital and blended learning solutions
  • Relevant L&D, HR or coaching qualification, or working towards one
  • Experience designing and delivering organisation‑wide learning programmes
  • Understanding of L&D best practice

Benefits

  • Annual salary: £42,394 per annum
  • 25 days holiday, increasing with service, plus Christmas closure and buy options
  • Generous pension scheme – up to 9.5% employer contribution via salary sacrifice

  • Life cover and income protection
  • Flexible working – hybrid options, modern offices, free parking & EV charging
  • Mental Health First Aiders available to support
  • Car leasing via salary sacrifice (for permanent colleagues subject to conditions)
  • Funded training, qualifications & apprenticeships
  • 3 paid volunteering days in the local communities
  • Peer‑recognition rewards platform
  • Paid professional subscription (one per year)

Working Hours

37 hours per week.
