About the role

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, friendly and supportive recruitment function. You will work closely with our Recruitment Partner (Bertie) to deliver recruitment activity across the organisation. You will manage vacancies from start to finish, create adverts, shortlist with hiring managers, schedule interviews, manage candidate communication and support onboarding. You will also play a key part in our direct sourcing strategy, using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and proactive headhunting to find great people. A big part of the role is keeping processes moving, keeping candidates engaged and making sure everyone has a positive experience.

Whether you come from an in‑house background or a recruitment agency background, we are open to hearing from you. Our very own Recruitment Partner originally joined on a fixed‑term contract from an agency and is now permanent, so we welcome people who want to grow and develop in an in‑house environment.
