Due to growth within the organisation and our recent merger, we are looking for four skilled Kitchen Installers/Fitters to join our Planned Works Team. As part of our Direct Labour Operation (DLO), you’ll be responsible for completing full kitchen installations in residents’ homes, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with residents, providing excellent customer service while delivering safe, professional, and high‑quality installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install kitchen units and worktops
- Carry out plumbing to sink base units
- Prepare floor and wall surfaces for installation
- Complete ceramic wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling, and decorating
- Ensure safe working practices and high‑quality workmanship at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service in residents’ homes
What We’re Looking For
Must haves
- Relevant City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience
- Apprentice trained or extensive experience in kitchen fitting
- Experience with complete kitchen installations, including units, worktops, tiling, flooring, and accessories
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Full manual driving licence
