We’re now looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to help us continue strengthening and modernising our technology platforms.
About The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be a key part of our IT team, making sure our cloud and on‑premise systems are well managed, secure and performing at their best.
You’ll work across Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, M365, networking and device management, helping us deliver a stable, modern and resilient environment for colleagues across the organisation.
You’ll support day‑to‑day operations, act as a senior escalation point, and contribute to project delivery as we continue to evolve our infrastructure.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work with a wide range of technologies and have real influence over how our systems develop.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Project & Technical Delivery
- Configure, administer and optimise Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Azure
- Support the provisioning, monitoring and security of our cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new cloud‑based solutions
- Ensure systems are optimised for performance, reliability and security
- Support backup and disaster recovery processes
- Implement, configure and support network systems
- Operational Support
- Act as a senior escalation point for BAU issues
- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations and processes
- Support cyber security operations and respond to incidents
- Ensure regular patching and system updates
- Follow structured testing and change management processes
- Manage infrastructure in line with ISO and ITIL best practice
- Work with Data Protection and Information Governance protocols
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with IT colleagues across the organisation
- Document risks and mitigation plans for migration programmes
- Share knowledge and support continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies
About You
- You’ll Do Well In This Role If You
- Have experience managing cloud infrastructure (ideally 3+ years)
- Are confident supporting Windows Server environments
- Have strong knowledge of Saa S and Iaa S solutions
- Are experienced with endpoint management tools
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical colleagues
- Can organise your workload, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Enjoy learning new technologies and raising standards
- Are comfortable travelling between sites when needed
- Have the fitness and mobility to support equipment installation
- Hold a full driving licence and business‑use insurance

- 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Work from either our Letchworth Garden City or Wooburn Green, High Wycombe office base (minimum of two days per week in the office and three days per week working from home)
