  • Lead resident‑facing communications including service updates, consultations and performance information
  • Produce key publications including the Annual Report to Residents
  • Act as a trusted communications advisor to colleagues across the organisation

What We’re Looking For

You’re a confident communicator with excellent writing skills, strong digital capability and a passion for creating content that makes a difference. You’re organised, curious and able to manage multiple priorities while keeping residents at the heart of everything you do.

  • Experience using digital platforms, including websites and intranets
  • Experience delivering multi‑channel communications and campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage complex communications projects from planning to evaluation

  • Ability to produce digital and visual content (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Photoshop/Lightroom)
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential or sensitive information with integrity
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across all levels
  • Communications, journalism or marketing degree, or equivalent experience

Nice to haves

  • Understanding of the housing sector and regulatory requirements
  • Membership of IPR/IoIC/CIPR or equivalent

  • Annual salary: £41,484 per annum
  • 25 days holiday, increasing with service, plus Christmas closure and buy options
