SettleParadigm is seeking a Building Surveyor to join our Surveying Services team. You will carry out technical inspections, diagnose building defects, prepare clear specifications and oversee small works from instruction through to completion across a wide geographical area.
The role requires confident site-based working, report writing, strong technical judgement and a professional, customer-focused approach. A HND/Building Surveying degree and knowledge of JCT contracts/CDM 2015 are desirable.
