Electrical Operations Manager

Location: High Wycombe / hybrid working (2 days per week in the office & 3 days per week working from home)
The Vacancy
Are you ready to lead a high-performing, busy electrical team in a data-driven housing organisation? Paradigm Housing is looking for an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to drive excellence across our electrical compliance and delivery programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a £3.5 million budget and lead a skilled team of electricians, supervisors, and inspectors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards, making a real difference to our tenants.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the delivery of electrical works and compliance programmes across domestic and communal settings.
- Managing a team of 10+ electricians and overseeing contractors to ensure quality, safety, and value for money.
- Acting as NICEIC Duty Holder and Qualified Supervisor, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Driving performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across all electrical services.
- Collaborating across departments to align with strategic goals and ensure seamless service delivery.
What we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified in electrical regulations (C&G 2365 Level 2 & 3, 18th Edition, C&G 2391).
- Proven experience managing a large electrical services in a social housing or local authority setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and managing contractors.
- Excellent understanding of EICR programmes, health & safety (including CDM), and NICEIC compliance.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality services.
