We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Customer and Neighbourhood Team on a permanent basis, working across 30 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in our communities and help us shape the future of our services. **What You’ll Be Doing** As a Customer & Neighbourhood Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding services to our customers. You’ll: * Ensure high levels of service performance and customer satisfaction. * Use your skills to identify when specialist support is needed to help customers sustain their tenancies. * Handle a range of day to day and more complex cases within mixed-tenure communities, supporting compliance and delivering tailored interventions for vulnerable customers. * Be an advocate for our customers, delivering services aligned to our Customer Care Standards. * Act as the face of our service – a key relationship builder, problem-solver, and customer service champion.
